  • Device validation performed by support agent in remote (system check-up, software updates, certification declaring system conformity (12 month), recommendation to maintain system stability)
  • Access to priority support agent (calling / contacting experienced agents, with granted max. reaction time)*
  • Access to the Customer Portal (viewing live status of your device, performance dashboard, manage your devices)
• Desktop CARE may be purchased only until the first 30 days after delivery of your device (thereafter, it is only available with an opt-in charge of +50%)

* Maximum reaction time is 4hrs (during regular work hours in CET, EST, CST). Also, phone support access possible.
