CARE PLUS for the D50+ 3D Printer

3-Year Contract Includes the Following Services:
- On-site Installation & Training (1,5 days on-site and 1,5 days remote - expert equipment setup and hands-on training to ensure your team is confident and ready for production from day one)
- 90-Day Remote Coach with Rapid Shape Workflow Specialists for continued expert training
- On-Site Preventative Maintenance 2x per Year (6 Month Intervalls) includes on-site repairs if necessary *
- Annual Remote Device Calibration via RS Support incl. Sensor-send-in for recalibration
- Ongoing Expert Support with access to workflow guides, troubleshooting tools and expert technical assistance through RS Support
- Hot Swap and Full Repair Coverage incl. parts, labor and freight minimizing downtime

*On-site installation is considered the first visit in Year 1 of CARE PLUS Plan
